Product Performance
What is Product Performance?
Product Performance refers to how a produced compost Product meets its intended method specifications and requirements while operating under real-world conditions. Performance includes various aspects related to the quality of the Product and it is supporting factor in customer satisfaction and Product success in the market.
Quality Assurance & Safety: Assessing Product Performance involves quality control and quality assurance measures to ensure that each unit of the Product meets established quality standards and specifications. This includes checking for defects, irregularities, and deviations from design requirements. Product safety is a critical component of Performance evaluation, especially for Products that pose health risks.
Compliance: Ensuring that the Product adheres to relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications is an essential part of Product Performance evaluation. Non-compliance can result in legal and safety issues.
Production Efficiency: Performance evaluation may include considerations of the total cost of ownership, including maintenance, repair, and operating costs over the Product's lifecycle.
Product Performance Components
Each Product Performance is an evaluation of methods, metrics and measurements. The Product Performance view displays information about the Product Method followed by each metric and evaluation:

Product Details

Product details include:
Name
Processing Method
No. Measurement Positions
Number Manual Logs
Processing Days
Total days from Product Intake Date/Time
If the Organization Settings for "Expected Processing Days" is not "No Default":
Total expected
Percent of Total Days against the expected (if present)
Temperature Performance

Temperature Performance Visualization
Temperature is visualized in an interactive time series with each measurement position represented. Hovering over the visualization will trigger the tooltip to become visible. The tooltip makes measurements visible. When Turns are applicable, they are annotated to provide additional insight.
Temperature Performance Analysis
Each Manual Log is evaluated per Measurement Position to determine which temperature threshold the value meets.
If the Product method includes Turns, analysis includes an evaluation for validity. A turn is valid if the Product Temperature is at PFRP (>= 131º F).
Oxygen Performance

Oxygen Performance Visualization
Oxygen is visualized in an interactive time series with each measurement position represented. Hovering over the visualization will trigger the tooltip to become visible. The tooltip makes measurements visible. When Turns are applicable, they are annotated to provide additional insight.
Oxygen Performance Analysis
Each Manual Log is evaluated per Measurement Position to determine if the value meets Oxygen thresholds and counts the days in which it has.
Moisture Performance

Moisture Performance Visualization
Moisture is visualized in an interactive time series with each measurement position represented. Hovering over the visualization will trigger the tooltip to become visible. The tooltip makes measurements visible. When Turns are applicable, they are annotated to provide additional insight.
Moisture Performance Analysis
Each Manual Log is evaluated per Measurement Position to determine if the value meets the Moisture threshold and counts the days in which it has.
Turn Performance
Turns, when applicable, are annotated in Temperature, Oxygen and Moisture Performance Visualizations.

Manual Log Notes

Product Performance includes a list of Manual Log Notes, if the notes are present. They are sorted by date/time and listed in descending order.
Product Performance is a critical factor in delivering value to customers, maintaining a competitive edge, and ensuring the long-term success of a product or service.
