What is an Account?

An Account is a unique identity associated with a User and Organization within the AEYD system. The information required for Account creation includes basic location and contact details as well as processing details that lay the groundwork for performance analysis.

What is a Primary User?

Every AEYD User belongs to an Organization which has a designated Primary User to manage the Organization details and settings and other Users.

By default the Primary User role is assigned to the user that creates the Account. Only the Primary User can assign this role to another team member. When this occurs, the user who made this update is no longer the Primary User and is no longer able to manage Settings or Users.

How do I create an Account?

AEYD provides an Account creation form with the following components:

1. Organization Details

   • All organizations are unique in name and require a location:

     • Name

     • Country

     • Address

     • City

     • State

     • Postal/Zip (Code)

2. Organization Settings

   • Understanding your process allows AEYD to set known characteristics to streamline as much as possible, and provide the most accurate assessments as possible:

     • Default Method

     • Default No. of Measurement Positions

     • Expected Processing Days

       • If set, AEYD will let you know if a product has exceeded the expected processing days.

     • Time Zone

       • Product Performance analysis time zone.

       • AEYD will always standardize product performance analysis to this setting to ensure accurate metric analysis and assessment.

3. Your Details (Primary User)

   • Accounts require a user and New User Verification:

     • First

     • Last

     • Email

     • Phone

   • By default this user is set as the primary user. The Account Primary Users manages organization details, settings and users.

4. reCAPTCHA

   • Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart - is a widely used tool to ensure that the user registering is a human and not a bot.

5. Privacy & Terms

   • To create an Account, you must agree to the Terms & Conditions of Service. When you create and use an Account, we process your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

What happens next?

Upon successful submission, yourAaccount is created and the New User Verification is triggered.
