Create Performance

What is a Performance?

A Performance is the result of Product analysis of Product Manual Logs, Methods and Metrics. Performance provides insights into the state of Products, production and operations. These insights can be used to optimize processing, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and plan for resource scaling.

How do I create a Performance?

Click on the "Create Performance" button and fill out the form.

The Performance Form

1. Performance Type

   • Defines the type of method and metric analysis and assessment

   • Determined by Product processing method and Product measurement positions

2. Product

   • Name of the Product the Performance is for

3. Start Date/Time

   • Preset with Product Intake Date/Time

     • Timestamp: Year, month, date, hour, minute

4. End Date/Time

   • Preset with Product Intake Date/Time

     • Timestamp: Year, month, date, hour, minute

Performance Start Date/Time and Performance End Date/Time fields are separate from Product Intake Date/Time and Product Outturn Date/Time to isolate the Product Performance period from the Product. This is convenient when a specific snapshot of the Product Performance period is preferred.

What happens next?

When you have Products with Recipes, Manual Logs and Performances, you are set up for Product Management.
