What is New User Verification?

New user verification is the process to confirm the authenticity of individuals who are signing up or registering as new users. The purpose of new user verification is to enhance security, prevent fraudulent or unauthorized access, and ensure that users are who they claim to be.

When is New User Verification triggered?

Upon successful Account Creation or New User submission, you will receive a New User Verification email confirming the user's email address. Clicking on the link provided activates your account and you will be prompted to create a password and upon successful submission you will be able to log in!

1. New User Verification Email

   • Receive, open and click on verification link

2. Create password

   • Password

     • Password strength requirements include:

       • Minimum 8 total characters

       • One upper case character

       • One special character

       • One number

   • Confirm password
